Attached is a database Robert Duncan wants our assistance
with. Read on as Robert explains the theory behind the database
and how it will work. Now is the time to act my brothers and
sisters.

our most precious thoughts and moments.

innocent people .
We must be bold enough to
start taking their picture!

Here is the plan. I have set up a face recognition
database similar to the
technology I developed to recognize terrorist faces in airports for a
civilian company. We need to get to the bottom of this.
Here are the 5 theories I have:
1) CO-Intel Pro and MK ultra gas lighting agents are still operative.
2) CIA is practicing their tactics for overseas.
3) The mind control weapon is more effective than we even imagine and
common
citizens are being manipulated without their knowledge.
4) Much of the stalking is perceived due to neuron amplification and
gas
lighting.
5) Neighbor stalking is due to timing the torture or sounds to
correlate to
uninvolved neighbors arrivals or movements.
In order to eliminate several of these possibilities we only need to
start
cataloging all the suspects in these treasonous times. Many have
speculated
that the "perps" are rotated around to the different sites. Any
positive ID
between any of us throughout the country or world would be
astronomically
improbable. In addition, their careers are over for over seas
operations or
any further domestic espionage. This makes snapping those photos count
for
something.
What I need is for one of you to collect high resolution straight
and/or
profile shots with any biographical information of each suspected
criminal
or agent which people submit. I have access to some military, FBI, and
other government records to cross search. Everyone who submits can
access
the database to search for matches. I will alert everyone of any
matches
over time. If they are sophisticated enough to collect finger prints or
voice recordings, my software will ID those too.
If you get enough in good quality, submit those to me. You act as the
filter
and I will be the record keeper. We can always post the pictures of all
suspected stalkers in public when the time comes as traitors.

Here are some ideas on how to get pictures, license plates
and residential information. Please
circulate and forward other helpful ways to get
pictures of your perps.
Disclaimer-Please be 100% that these are
perpetrators. We must be the better person and only forward beyond a
shadow of a doubt a perpetrator. We must be certain.
Be careful!
1) Carry your camera everywhere you go no matter
where.
2) If you have a camera phone, act like you are dialing
while taking their picture. The Perps are very camera shy, so
catch them off guard.
3) Browse the personals in your city. I was able to
browse for hours through yahoo personals, MSN personals etc... and
found many of my perps that way. Just right click and save.
4) For work perps, some companies have holiday photos,
newsletters or just take a group photo for the hell of it.
Be creative!
5) Carry a pad for license numbers everywhere you go.
6) Stalk your stalkers. They come out sometime and I
was there waiting for them.
Of course if you do not feel comfortable doing this by all
means don't.
7) Sit by your house window ready to snap pictures.
8) Go to a park and wait for them to come out. Most
of the time when they encircle me, I take their picture right
away. Then I make it very obvious that I am taking their
picture. If they tear off like a crazy man I am certain they are a
perp. If they sit relaxed and don't care, I delete the picture.
