A Report on Gang Stalking and Electronic Harassment

For
more than 10 years now, I have been the victim of a bizarre kind of stalking
and electronic harassment. I reported it to the police and any other law
enforcement agencies I could think of, but received no response whatsoever.
Since that time I have been in contact with several hundred other
victims throughout the United States and other countries. The story of my
harassment matched the reports of other victims who tell of their own
harassment. This was significant to me, but it still made no sense to me
why these things were occurring. Most victims I have communicated with
tend to blame the government or neighbors or organizations which they have had
dealings with in the past, me included. Recently, however, I have
discovered to a large extent, what was behind the gangstalking part this crime
and now I feel very confident to speak publically about why much of it is occurring
and how.
Legislators
need to get a count of gang stalking reports to better understand the problem.
Firstly, I would like to ask all legislators to please get a count from
their districts on the number of gang stalking reports that have been made to
law enforcement, FBI, CIA, Homeland Security and so forth. This first step,
alone, will open some eyes to how real and how big this problem is.
Gang
Stalking is not against the law
Secondly,
I would like to point out that gang stalking is not against the law. If one
person calls a person and hangs up, only once, it isn't a crime. If a victim
has hundreds of people doing this one little thing to them every day, it is a
nightmare to the victim, but it is still not a crime. Harassment is a crime,
but one little phone call hang up is not harassment. Conspiracy to
harass may be a crime but it must be proven and that is really hard to do. A
victim must somehow demonstrate to authorities that all those hang up calls are
somehow related to one another. The situation is a law enforcement
conundrum. But the problem is very real and very serious. The example I
used of phone call hang ups are the least of the real victim's problems when it
comes to being stalked by a gang. His or her problem is more likely that he or
she is being raped after being rendered unconscious. In this report I
will show that gangs groom victims into a new form of pimping of prostitutes:
unconscious prostitutes. Please read this report to the end.
Gang
banging is not a new crime. But most people associate it with low class street
gangs. But what I have discovered is that victims are being groomed and set up
into a brand new kind of sex crime; the pimping of unconscious humans for sex,
mostly women, and children but men as well. And this crime wave is fostered by
the rich elite, even if it is carried out by street thugs.
Millionaires Club
The crime I refer to here tends to be a millionaires playground, as it
costs a lot of money to carry it out. First, please read this link about the

the police two years ago, alleging he had spiked her drink with GHB. Detectives

international ring of playboy millionaires, said to be known as the
`Bachelors', who trade films of date rape attacks over the Internet. Several years
ago, a British woman claimed she had fallen victim to such a gang, telling
police she had been raped in a London hotel after GHB was slipped into her
drink," said the report. Of course, Luster denied the charge, claiming
that the women on the tape were engaging in consensual sex. A New York Times
report said that the police were originally alerted about his activities
when, two years ago, a student from a local college reported that she had been
raped at his house. "In a search of his home, detectives found the
explicit video of the three women, ages 16 to 21. The women have testified that
they were unaware they were being taped."

Victimizing the weak, the poor and the mentally ill
The raping of unconscious females with date rape drugs is not a big secret, but
members of law enforcement, it seems, do not seem to understand its link
to reports of gang stalking. Or else they are deeply involved in it.
Its
been the experience of every single gang stalking victim that I have met so far
that individual law enforcement workers ignore the crime reports of the
'mentally ill' about being harassed and stalked. Just because these people are
mentally ill (and often rightfully so under the circumstances of their lives)
that does not mean that they should not be taken seriously when they report
crimes of this nature. But perpetrators of this crime rely on the fact that law
enforcement won't respond to these reports. Mentally ill victims, and those
falsely considered mentally ill, are ignored almost 100 percent of the time.
One
such multimillionaire gang leader/sex pimp, named Vincent Cano, and his twin
brother, Ben Cano, of Houston, Texas, hired me to set up a non profit
organization to help victims of abuse. But what I discovered after moving to
Texas to work for these men, is that the sole intent of finding new victims was
to groom them into this kind of prostitution. Meanwhile, the Cano's raped
me, and to my inconsolable dismay, they raped all of my four children.
The
Cano's use the same strategy with every new victim and it works. Vincent takes
the victim to dinner, and keeps the victim distracted while the rest of the
crew wires the person's house for around the clock surveillance. They get keys
made to this victim's home. Meanwhile, at dinner, Vincent usually offers
the victim thousands of dollars to help them in their personal life. He
later buys them a car and/or a house. He manages to drug the victim at the
right time, and always appears to be the perfect gentleman. Victims have no
idea that the Cano gang wired his or her house, car and whatever else is
needed, to stalk and endlessly harass this person. The Cano's carefully choose
their victims by visiting places such as domestic abuse shelters. The victims
are often too grateful to finally have some money needed to get themselves back
on their feet in life to suspect the Cano's of the crime they are perpetrating
on such victims.
Electronic Stalking is so easy to do
With
today's unbelievable access to electronic technology over the internet, a
person can be stalked 24/7 very cheaply. Knowledge of all of a selected
victim's contacts can be acquired, their passwords and codes to bank accounts,
email accounts, etc. can easily be discovered, and everything the victim does
in his house and at work can be fed onto the internet, where gangs and
organized crime can keep track of them.
Up
until now, it really bothered me that there seemed to be no good reason, by
analyzing the reports of as many victims as possible, for why all of these
people were being stalked. They had nothing in common with one another except
that they were easy to victimize. But why were they victimized? The only answer
I could come up with is the fact that they would not be believed if they
reported it. They would not be taken seriously. But still, why was it
being done in the first place?
Department of Defense Guinea Pigs
The
notion that we, the victims, were being used by the government as guinea pigs
for human experimentation of new technologies developed by DARPA was very
tempting. I still do believe this is true. (They have a long history of doing
this. I might point out MKULTRA as an example, but there are many more to point

awhile, it started to look to me like renegades from the
Department of Defense had found a much more profitable way to use the new
emerging technologies that DARPA was coming up with.
But
now I am certain that these renegades have only been employed to
apply those advanced human surveillance technologies for use towards the
criminal pimping of unconscious sex victims. But they are not the one's running
the show. At the very source of this crime is some of the most powerful and
wealthy people on earth.
It
really doesn't matter if their victims are old or young; no matter what color;
what race; what nationality; what religion etc. Obviously, young beautiful
virgins are the most likely to be chosen. But money can be made with virtually
any live flesh and blood human that can be easily victimized. As a matter of
fact, beautiful young virgins would be hard to isolate and keep alienated from
home and family and other protectors. But as my story is told, you will see
that many of the women who were victimized were welfare mothers, along side of
me, and had young teenage virgin girls in the home.
Lockheed Martin is an important link
Lockheed Martin, the giant defense contractor, took charge of the
welfare system in the 1990s. I believe that they are greatly responsible for
carrying out much of this new form of gang stalking victimization. They may
have provided records that helped get many women into the 'program', so to
speak. They were certainly cheating the poor out of money that they were
entitled to, and mismanaging billions of welfare dollars. Check out this

The relationship between
the department of defense and welfare recipients and victims of gang stalking
is a strong one when you add the name Lockheed Martin into the picture. Many
victims of electronic harassment; technologies which we know that the
department of defense has funded and are interested in for use in the so called
war against terrorism, the same year that Lockheed took over the welfare
systems of 13 states. But the true captains of this crime are people who have
the power to direct huge corporations, and branches and agencies of the
government and military. Lockheed Martin committed crimes for a group known as
Skull and Bones.
The search for good victims
The
welfare rolls were an ideal place to find single women with children to
victimize. So was the date ads in the San Diego Reader Magazine which I know,
from so many reports of other victims, were used to identify single women and
get them into the program. Whoever was in charge of these ads must have been
giving out the personal information of women to these gang pimps. While I
worked for them, the Cano's also looked for victims at Domestic Abuse Shelters
and Ritual Abuse groups.
Spinal Implants
As you read further, you will see that it is not just date rape drugs
that are used to carry out this pimping of unconscious victims. Other methods
are employed initially to 'groom' the victim. Victims are often
surgically fitted with implants in the spine. These implants allow for a kind
of 'remote control' of the person's nervous system and brain waves. These
implants can render a person unconscious. They can also make the person
sexually responsive. After a woman is rendered unconscious, for example,
this technology, like the orgasmatron, can force the woman's vagina to pulse
and contract, making the sex with an unconscious body more pleasurable to the
victimizer. They can also make a victim's mouth perform sucking action, like a
breastfeeding baby, again, to add pleasure to oral sex with an unconscious
victim.
Using
hi tech tracking technology, spinal implant technology, date rape drugs, silent
sound hypnosis and various techniques of behavioral modification, including
torture, gang members and organized crime rings can effectively take complete
control over a victim's life. And the worse part of the nightmare is that no
one else believes that it is even going on.
SLEEPING PORN SITES
Customers were solicited over the internet. Prospective customers could
view videos of these women having sex with other men, taking a shower, using
the toilet, or sitting around the home. Many of the victim's homes are
wired for 24 hour surveillance. Customers may or may not know that they will be
filmed doing the dirty deed with these unconscious victims, lest he start to
talk about this very secret kind of fun. It is through this website solicitation
of customers that the gangs got the cash to keep these victims available for
abuse. I am sure that no money comes from the Skull and Bones organization
directly. The Bush crime family have invented a nearly perfect system to
maintain their dominance over these gangs, without incurring incriminating ties
with paper trails.
Here

about yourself first, in order to protect the website owner from a sting
operation. Many have recently been taken down due to pressure from
victims finding out about and going to the Internet to look at these sites.

Rohypnol and Versed and other Date Rape Drugs Cause
Amnesia
What isn't said in the ads above is the fact that women are being
drugged to sleep with date rape drugs such as Rohypnol and Versed. What people
should know is that when a person is drugged with these, the victimizer can
open the victims eyes and make it appear like the victim knows he or she is
having sex with the victimizer.

THE
SHAME GAME
Best
selling author, John Bradshaw, talks about the nature of shame, and how it
often binds a family, or a group together. This idea at first seems odd,
but when there is something shameful going on in the family, the members of the
family unit are often more closely knit than the average healthy family because
of the need for secrecy—to keep hidden the shameful fact from the rest of the
world.
Shame
can effectively bind together all those who participate in the shameful
activity. This is important to consider when considering the initiation rites
required for admission into many gangs and fraternal clubs. The secret clubs

But it is not just street gangs that require this kind initiation. Skull
and Bones is a very powerful secret society of powerful and influential men
that also has bizarre initiation rites for new members. We only know a fraction
of what goes on in Skull and Bones rituals, but I believe we have only seen the
surface of what is even more satanic than what any normal person could imagine.

For
more than ten years I have tried to figure out who could be doing this to me
and why. I was targeted with what had to be very advanced technology. I assumed
that the gang had to have a lot of money or a direct and very secret access to
the department of defense and DARPA; the defense department's advanced research
projects agency. I assumed that those who were targeting me had to be somehow
connected to military, DARPA or some Department of Defense agency that had
nothing but money to spend. Or I should say, money to waste. I became
convinced that it was the Joint Forces Command because whoever it was that was
doing this to me and the other Targeted individuals that I knew, was able to
command the local law enforcement, post office, banks, large companies, and
banks as well as many community organizations. I found out about the Weed
and Seed program of the Department of Justice, and this program looked
like a very likely candidate for who could be targeting us, since there is an
element of behavior modification experimentation that seems to be a part of why
we are targeted. But the secrecy issue is so important with gang stalking
activity that none of those agencies and departments satisfactorily explained,
in my mind, how it could be carried out under everyone's noses and never be
exposed. I still wasn't getting the big picture. It wasn't until I studied the
secret society called Skull and Bones that it became immensely clear to me just
who was doing this to us. I had come to the conclusion already that the
executive branch had to be the ones overseeing this terrorization of civilians.
When you read about the Skull and Bones organization, you will see that the CIA
was reportedly 'born' in the cradle of this bad-ass organization. Both of the
Bush presidents are devoted members. Although this secret society has only 800
members, each one of these members commands an empire. It suddenly made perfect
sense who was doing this to us, but still, I did not exactly know why, and I
still don't. But the Skull and Bones preoccupation with sex makes me convinced
that they were the one's sick enough, and p powerful enough, to pull off this
kind of a crime and get away with it.
Skull
and Bones is a secret society of very powerful and wealthy people, including
several US presidents, and especially powerful people in the banking industry. One
of the initiation rites for this organization is to tell all of their personal
sexual history to the others. Other interesting initiation requirements is that
they pretend to commit murder.
This
was discovered by a man named Rosenbaum, who lived next door to the 'vault'
where Skull and Bones has their weekly meetings and carries out their initiation
rites. Rosenbaum investigated the Skull and Bones secret society for many years
and finally got one of their initiation ceremonies on tape. When Rosenbaum was
asked why he was investigating the Skull and Bones secret society, CBS quotes
him as answering:
"I
think there is a deep and legitimate distrust in America for power and
privilege that are cloaked in secrecy. It's not supposed to be the way we do
things," says Rosenbaum. "We're supposed to do things out in the open
in America. And so that any society or institution that hints that there is
something hidden is, I think, a legitimate subject for investigation."

What
Rosenbaum found out, in my opinion, is just the tip of the iceberg. Here is an

Bush. Rosenbaum, a self-described undergraduate nerd, was certainly not a

passed it all the time. And during the initiation rites, you could hear strange

Robbins says the cast of the initiation ritual is right out of Harry Potter
meets Dracula: "There is a devil, a Don Quixote and a Pope who has one
foot sheathed in a white monogrammed slipper resting on a stone skull. The
initiates are led into the room one at a time. And once an initiate is inside,
the Bonesmen shriek at him. Finally, the Bonesman is shoved to his knees in
front of Don Quixote as the shrieking crowd falls silent. And Don Quixote lifts
his sword and taps the Bonesman on his left shoulder and says, 'By order of our
order, I dub thee knight of Euloga.'"
It's a lot of mumbo-jumbo, says Robbins, but it means a lot to the people who
are in it.
"Prescott Bush, George W's grandfather, and a band of Bonesmen, robbed the
grave of Geronimo, took the skull and some personal relics of the Apache chief
and brought them back to the tomb," says Robbins. "There is still a
glass case, Bonesmen tell me, within the tomb that displays a skull that they
all refer to as Geronimo."
"The preoccupation with bones, mortality, with coffins, lying in coffins,
standing around coffins, all this sort of thing I think is designed to give
them the sense that, and it's very true, life is short," says Rosenbaum. "You
can spend it, if you have a privileged background, enjoying yourself,
contributing nothing, or you can spend it making a contribution."
And plenty of Bonesmen have made a contribution, from William Howard Taft, the
27th President; Henry Luce, the founder of Time Magazine; and W. Averell
Harriman, the diplomat and confidant of U.S. presidents.
Mr. Bush, like his father and grandfather before him, has refused to talk
openly about Skull and Bones. But as a Bonesman, he was required to reveal his
innermost secrets to his fellow Bones initiates.
"They're supposed to recount their entire sexual histories in sort of a
dim, a dimly-lit cozy room. The other 14 members are sitting on plush couches,
and the lights are dimmed," says Robbins. "And there's a fire
roaring. And there, this activity is supposed to last anywhere from between one
to three hours."
"I believe the point of the year in the
tomb is to forge such a strong bond between these 15 new members that after
they graduate, for them to betray Skull and Bones would mean they'd have to
betray their 14 closest friends," says Alexandra Robbins, who wrote a book
called 'Secrets of the Tomb, based on 100 interviews with Bonesman.

peculiar to this organization, which begins to look like they are into pagan
witchcraft.
Not
surprisingly, the club's rituals fascinate many Americans. Robbins's book describes
a social club with arcane rules, a hoard of relics ranging from Hitler's silver
collection to the skull of the Indian chief Geronimo - plus a resident
prostitute.
She
[Alexandra Robbins] says initiation rites include a mud-wrestling bout,
receiving a beating and the recitation by a new member of his sexual history -
delivered while he lies naked in a coffin. Elevation of a Bonesman creates
opportunities for his fellows, and Robbins says that President Bush has
appointed 10 members to his administration, including the head of the
Securities and Exchange Commission.
She
recently surveyed 100 of the estimated 800 living Bonesmen on their preferred
election winner - Sen. Kerry or President Bush. Perhaps not surprisingly, given
that both are pledged to advance the interests of fellow Bonesmen, "They
answered that they didn't care. Whichever way it went, it was a win-win for
them."
Not
only is the Bush family members of this association, they are also " good
ole Texas boys". I am quite sure now that there is some pretty
perverted activity required to become an initiate of the famous Yale
organization, and this activity acts to bond the group in common shame.
I
believe that Bonesmen rape unconscious victims while they are being videotaped.
The videotapes are put safely away into a vault , but should the member ever
cross the group's agenda, or divulge its shameful secrets, that film can be
retrieved from the vault. Skull and Bones seems to be just like any
ordinary street gang. Initiation requires that the individual do something that
repulses him. In some cases, the new gang member must rape members of his own
family while being videotaped, in order to be admitted. The shame that he must
carry forevermore will bind him to the others who have also committed such a
shameful act.
Street
gangs are employed to oversee the victim's targeting.
The
fact that the Internet is an ideal facility for this kind of crime can be illustrated

"The jilted ex-boyfriend had a plan. Using
personal Information from his ex-girlfriend, he sent a message over the
Internet that lured men to her door who thought they were going to fulfill a
rape fantasy. The information included her name, address, telephone number,
physical description and detailed instructions on how to circumvent her
security system. The woman was not harmed, but half a dozen men tried to visit
her. Fortunately, the jilted ex-boyfriend was charged under California's
cyber-stalking law"
There
are many websites dedicated to selling women for sex. It is really not hard to
find them, you just have to pay to enter the website and keep looking.
If
the Hi Tech Cops were to do a really thorough investigation, they would find
those endless reports of gang stalking are directly linked to the pimping of
unconscious victims. I know this because I worked for a man who was making an
enormous amount of money doing this.
As
soon as a victim calls up the police and reports gang stalking, the victims are
immediately labeled crazy without any investigation into the matter. That
is a fact.
An
anonymous officer working for the DEA told me that he participated in the kind
of crime ring I am talking about; they rendered women unconscious using a
combination of nitrous oxide gas, and the amnesia producing date rape drugs,
such as Rohypnol. But that is not the end of it. These women are then fitted
with spinal implants, inserted through the rectum, that allow these criminals
to remotely control the victim's brain waves and nervous system—perhaps for the
rest of his or her life.

Spinal Implants
The
doctor who invented the real orgasmatron, Dr. Stuart Meloy, doesn't exactly
state what this device is capable of doing, once fitted into a patient. Any
implant placed in the spine will potentially be able to render the person
unconscious. Depending where in the spine they are fitted, corresponding organs
can be remotely controlled. In other words, if the implant is placed at the tailbone
area, the victim can be controlled sexually. In another spot up from the

The
point I am making here is that very little is ever said about the use of these
implants outside of there being developed to help paraplegic and quadriplegic
patients. It is very hard find any data about uses and abuses of spinal
implants on a normal people. The everyday person has no idea how this
technology can be abused in the hands of immoral predators.
Other implants are placed in the frontal love through the nostrils. There
are several ways to implant a victim without his or her ability to know it or,
if he or she suspects it, to prove it.
I believe, because of my own personal experience and discovery of my
medical background, that it is the use of spinal implants, not date rape drugs,
that provides the method by which these victims can be controlled. They can be
rendered unconscious, via an electronic remote control device. I am convinced
that this is truly how Luster and other millionaire 'Bachelors' conducted their
pimping of unconscious people. This includes men and most importantly,
children.

Sadly, if spinal implants are being used, they are not necessarily detectable by standard methods. Needless to say, doctors seem to have specialized knowledge about spinal
and brain implants that is not discussed with just anyone. But in recent years,
the r emote control of the human nervous system has become a very real thing.
Implants are used to remotely monitor a body's muscle movements, his
heart, breath and pulse rate, his insulin levels and so forth. This technology
is one way in which victims are controlled. It is known as biotelemetry.
For example, using biotelemetry, a technician can know via the Internet, just
by reviewing one's heart and breathe rate, whether you are sleeping,
masturbating, eating, and much more. The bodies of all victims are constantly
monitored over the internet. The gangs in charge of keeping the victim helpless
and hopeless are always one step ahead of the victim and can completely control
their lives.
By
this method, the pimps know exactly when a victim falls to sleep. Once asleep,
the pimp can administer the implant's function of putting the individual, who
is already asleep, into an unconscious state. Then, it doesn't matter if the
dog barks or the security alarms go off. This victim is absolutely vulnerable. And
the gang members have access to everything the victim has.
It is
important for law enforcement officials to know the extent that biotelemetry is
being employed by criminals as an illegal commercial enterprise. Not
just in this kind of rape, but in every kind of criminal purpose
imaginable. But it is not cheap. It requires the willing collaboration of
doctors or trained technicians. It requires around the clock monitoring of the
victim. There has, no doubt, been an collaboration between dirty law enforcement

horribly so, the general public has no idea how many people, especially
children, are being used sexually with no one knowing about it. Some signs of a
child being pimped like this are stomach pain and problems with bowel movement.
The body memory of this kind of rape in very weird to experience, and the
children will act out sexually even though they have no conscious memory of
being raped. Like they may pull off their pants and offer their genitals in a

In
today's high tech electronic world, someone wanting sex can approach a gang

female as a victim to be pimped for money
The stalkers job is to make the victim look mental.
This is where the reports of gang stalking, which law enforcement and
the justice system seem to ignore as ravings of the mentally ill, come in to

The
first job in gang stalking is to make the victimized person look mentally ill. As
the victim begins to cry out about these things that are happening in his or
her life, they begin to get labeled as mentally ill because there is no proof. The
devious actions of the gang members who set a man or woman up into this kind of
prostitution are designed to make the person look crazy. For example, with the
ability to put these people unconscious any time, they can enter the person's
home, move things or take things, and then later, put them back. This is a
common report of gang stalking victims. A victim will tell everyone that a
thing is missing and then days later, someone will come over and find it, right
where it is usually kept. The victim looks mental.
To
groom a victim for this, he or she must live alone and/or be extremely
alienated from family and friends. One of the main functions of gang stalking
is to make sure that the victim never develops close personal relationships
with others. The gangs work hard at discrediting the victim at his or her
workplace, and with his or her family, and in his or her community at large.
They can also use chemicals that prevent the victim from bonding with
others, by rearranging neurotransmitters in the brain, making the victim less
social, almost autistic at times.
Weed and Seed program
The
campaign to discredit the victim in his community is carried out by people who
don't know that the person is really innocent. For example, gossip and rumors
are started about the victim. He or she is labeled a pedophile or drug addict,
or accused of some other kind of socially unacceptable activity. Then, stalkers
employ what is known as 'street theater'. This is where events are staged that
makes the victim look like they are involved in activity that they really are
not involved in at all. Other examples of street theater is where victimizers
stage little skits right in front of the victim that are only relevant to the
victim's life, and reveal that the victimizers know very personal things about
the victim. The victim then tells everyone he is being spied on, and perfect
strangers know his innermost secrets. This begins to wear on the victim, who is
never believed by anyone, and hence, the victim is labeled mental. Often this
drives victims to suicide.
Enter
the faith based community programs, the Department of Justice's weed and seed
program. What is so horrific is that Christian churches and organizations are
helping these victimizers to rape victims in the community. The members of the
community church or faith based organization are made to believe that certain
things are true about the victim, when they simply are not. But the community
do-gooders are actually duped into believing lies about the victim, and are
enlisted and employed to help target these innocent people. The weed and seed
goal is to run them out of town. Once this is accomplished, often the victim
will be left with absolutely no help, no support, no friends and thereby, can

All
that a perpetrator of this kind of crime has to do is convince the community
that a certain person is a pedophile or drug user or gang member and there are
volunteers and grant money to get members of the community to help destroy this
victim's life.
One
of the major obstacles I have found in the past 10 years, as I have tried to
help these people, is the fact that many victims are often chosen it seems,
because they already have a bad reputation. Gangs that are grooming victims
into this new kind of sex industry prey on drug addicts, mentally ill, ex cons,
astrologers, nudists, pagans, homosexuals, and others that live on the
'fringes' of what is considered socially acceptable. Choosing to victimize
these 'fringe' people almost assures the victimizer's success. At the onset, no
one takes them seriously or accepts them as honest and reliable people. Therefore,
they are much easier to target. Other people that make easy targets are those
who may not be mentally ill, per se, but have serious personality defects and
are already hated by everyone they know. Such people may be extremely selfish,
obsessive in some way, or never shut up until you want to cram your shoe in his
or her mouth. They may be impossible when they are conscious, but unconscious,
they are very valuable to the pimp of this kind of prostitution.
Unfortunately,
their children are being raped right now and law enforcement isn't doing one
thing to stop it.
It
would be worthwhile for law enforcement to take another look at gang stalking
in light of what I am saying here. There are some excellent gang stalking
websites. But remember when visiting these websites that many, if not most, of
these victims are totally unaware of what is really going on. Even those that I
have informed are reluctant to believe they are being put unconscious and raped
on a regular basis. But if you read their reports and carefully consider their
circumstance, it is just screaming to be understood in light of what I have
just said above.

to look at these sites, you will see that there is no mention by the victims of
gang stalking to indicate that they think they are being sexually victimized. For

isn't being reported as such. And this is why law enforcement can make
no sense out of the abuse, harassment and torture that these people are going
through.

the article above, Eleanor White assumes that there is a deliberate attempt to
do these 'low individual value per incident' sabotaging. But another way of
explaining these kinds of events is: simply the stupidity and carelessness of
rapists when they enter the home of the unconscious victim, with no
premeditated intent to do these things. This is an especially tempting
explanation for the tears in clothing at the armpits and crotch area. In other
words, White believes that this is done when the victim is not actually wearing
the clothing, and this is where I think it could be both. I think these things
can occur when the person is at home or at a place of victimization, when they
are actually wearing the clothing. But they get so tranced out with the
drugging, that they don't notice this stuff until later.
Also,
she talks about advanced locksmithing techniques, but what she isn't seeing
perhaps, is that when they have you unconscious, they have all of your keys,
and can easily have distributed them to the whole gang.
According
to some reports, gang members are victimized with the same advanced electronic
surveillance and agree to wear/carry hi tech surveillance technology. If it is
turned off, another gang member goes looking for him. Once you are a member of
these crime clubs, you are always a member. There is no escape.
Reading
mind control and gang stalking forums, you will find many victims talking about
the sexual targeting they experience, which can become severe torture for many,
including myself.
But I
should add that sexual victimization is not the only reason for gang stalkers
to harass a person. If a person comes to the help of a victim, they will
also be victimized. Some are victimized because a gang leader was paid to do it
for whatever reason. It pains me that victims will not take the time to
understand the nature of what is happening in their lives. Something in the way
that they are groomed makes many of them unable to believe or accept that they
are being knocked unconscious, either by date rape drugs or by spinal implant
technology, or other electronic means which is an electronic form of
hypnosis called Silent Sound.
Silent Sound Hypnosis
When I was first being targeted, I was made into a 'Manchurian
candidate' of sorts. I was walking around in a haze and things that were going
in my life were getting out of control. I had no idea what was happening to my
life. I lost my property, lost control of my children, and lost my credibility
in the community I lived in. Much of this was accomplished with a technology
that accomplishes an electronically induced hypnosis, impossible to defend

Before
I give all the details of my personal victimization and torture which lasted
more that 10 years and ripped apart my life and the lives of my family, I
present the above short overview of gang stalking and the remote control and
manipulation of human brain and body functions. In my personal story I will
give the names of people who were involved in raping children. One of these
children was taken to the emergency ward of a local hospital and diagnose with
an 'escalating colon'. This was caused by men's penises in her little rectum. At
such an early age, their repeated abuse of this little girl caused her
intestines to reverse direction, so they moved her bowel matter back up to her
stomach, and then out her mouth, rather than passing it out her anus. She
nearly died from this. Below I have included a graphic illustration of the
colon, rectum and anus. Sexually abusing a small child's anus also involves the
child's rectum and colon because a grown man's penis will be pushed all the way
up as far as the child's intestinal tract will allow it. One thing I watch for
in seeing sexually abused children is the size of their bowel movements. Often,
when their colon is stretched by penetration of a grown man's erection, it
causes the child's bowel movements to be quite large.
Another
girl who I believe has been used like this for years has lost control over her
bowel movements and her underwear are always soiled with her feces. Her father
works for a company that makes these spinal implants, and I believe he has
abused his own daughter in this way for many years. Regardless, these men will
probably never be brought to justice.
I
